Pablo Chilito

Professional in Literature Studies with an Emphasis in Editorial Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2019), as well as a freelance cultural manager (2016). He worked as a cultural writer for Escena Indie and LaPopLife [México] (2014-2018) and was the Co-Founder and Director of the promoting agency Noise Noise Colombia (2016-2019), where he focused on the development and exposure of artists across Colombia. He also served as a Booking Assistant, at Páramo Presenta; and as Promoter, at Sánchez Cervecería (2019-2020). Currently, he is the Hip-Hop Manager at ONErpm Latino (2025), where he oversees the business unit's operations in the Andean Region. Additionally, he is the Director of Bioma: agencia de artistas (since 2020), a company dedicated to developing new mechanisms for the professionalization and internationalization of Colombian artists; along with other business opportunities through booking, management, and merchandising. With Bioma, has lead artists to stages such as La Media Torta, Festival Rock al Parque, Festival Estéreo Picnic, Festival Hermoso Ruido, Primavera Sound, and Movistar Arena, as well as organizing international tours in Chile and Mexico.
