Anca’s work focus lies in musician management, festival production, tour management and booking, predominantly in the world/ethno music scene. She is currently working as a manager and booker of Claudia Schwab. Additionally she provides consulting and support on topics regarding development strategy, promotion, booking and touring to other emerging or mid-career musicians. She is a member of the Casino Crew at Fusion Festival and collaborates with Druga Godba Festival, Niansa Gathering and Goulash Disko Festival in different roles. Previously, she was involved with the organisation and production of the Floating Castle Festival and Kavč Festival. She also coordinated the Etno Histeria World Orchestra music camp and tour. In her free time she holds kimchi-making workshops, cooks in festival crew-kitchens and explores community-oriented grass-roots organisations across the globe.
